What other precautions should people take to prevent COVID-19

COVID-19 has became a global threat . It is very necessary to take some healthy steps to protect yourself from these crucial situation as it is is spreading day by day. some people are still unaware of precautions that they have to take during this situation. we have to stay indoors to protect ourselves from this disease. Here are few steps which you should keep in mind and follow to stay healthy and protect yourself from disease causing germs too.



  1. If you go out for any purpose always carry hand sanitizers in your bags as it is not possible to wash hands frequently with soap and water. use Alcohol based hand sanitizers it will provide fast and effective protection against germs.
  2. Do not touch your eyes in public places as COVID- 19 can easily spread through eyes.
  3. While stepping out always cover your face and nose with mask.
  4. Always Maintain distance It is really difficult to find out in public that who is infected and who is not so avoid close contact with people around you . if someone is sneezing and coughing always try to maintain a distance of 1 metre and cover your nose and mouth.
  5. when it comes to food always have separate cutting boards for meat and vegetable and clean them regularly with soap. Always wash your hands properly after handling raw food before consuming cooked food. Try to avoid food restaurant and stalls that don’t have basic facilities like hand wash and sanitizers.
  6. wash you bed sheets , towels , wipe down your tables , counters, toilets , phones, keyboard in Every 2 days with surface sanitizers so that you tidy house gives you the safe Space from infections.
  7. Try to wear latex gloves when you are in public or in any store.
  8. Take healthy food like fruits , green vegetables, dried fruits, cheese, yogurt which helps to build immunity and keeps your body strong and healthy.
